Text is the fastest way to reach me, I am in rural areas for a good portion of the day sometimes, and reception is spotty. In addition, some inspection software crashes if a call comes in, and I lose the shot, possibly part of the report, and it is incredibly frustrating when I am actively in an escorted inspection with a property manager and we have to stop and deal with this issue. If this conversation involves any details such as dates, times, addresses, names, phone numbers, emails, etc. IT IS CRUCIAL that I have this accurately recorded – I am a Notary Inspector. This will ensure I can refer back and keep our communication clear and efficient. I may have over 100 inspections in a week, but each one is important and deserves to be treated with care, so thank you so much for understanding!
I do not publish my email or phone directly online because robots just can’t stop trying to sell me websites… like I didn’t make this one or anything.
